MECHANICAL DESIGN

1. For pressure vessels we use Compress software to perform mechanical calculations. 2. For shell and tube exchangers we use RCS software to perform mechanical calculations. 3. We can provide calculations for air coolers using in-house software. 4. Mechanical calculations are performed to comply with ASME VIII div 1, required external loads and customer specifications. 5. We offer a complete engineering package that includes: calculations, fabrication drawings and bill of materials. 6. For shell and tube exchangers we also comply with standards: TEMA and API-650.

THERMAL DESIGN AND SIZING

Using HTRI software we can provide: 1. Check rate for existing units 2. Heat exchanger specification sheet for new units to meet the requirements of the process conditions. 3. For new units we can optimize the design to facilitate the fabrication in the shop.
